In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter the Law), INTELI-K SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter INTELI-K, domiciled at Avenida México 3040-floor 10, Juan Manuel, 44680 Guadalajara, Jalisco. Based on articles 8, 15, 16, 33, 36 and other applicable articles of the Law and its Regulations, with respect to the right of every person to privacy and informational self-determination, makes this Privacy Notice available to you.

1. Data we collect

INTELI-K in its relationship with its employees, suppliers and customers, treats personal data of various kinds for the fulfillment of its business purposes, being responsible for the use given to your personal data and the protection of the same, counting with technological and procedural means to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data. 

INTELI-K has as one of its purposes within its corporate purpose the provision of computer services, sale and lease of computer equipment, networks and telecommunications, as well as sale and lease of software licensing, allocation services.

2. Purpose of personal data processing.

You are hereby informed that the activities of collection, collection, use, storage, access and processing of personal data by INTELI-K will be subject to the Law, its Regulations and applicable general provisions, data that will be subject to the following purposes:

By providing information to INTELI-K by any means, you confirm that you agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any term of this Privacy Notice, please do not provide any personal data. If you choose not to provide INTELI-K with certain personal information, you agree that you may not be able to access the products and services provided by INTELI-K, and you agree that INTELI-K will not complete or fulfill those processes in which such information is required, without any liability whatsoever for INTELI-K.

4. Limits on the use and disclosure of your personal information.

Your personal data will be safeguarded based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, which are enshrined in the Law. INTELI-K will only use the data for the aforementioned purposes and assumptions and its disclosure may only be made provided that such transfer is related to such purposes. In case of not providing the requested data correctly, INTELI-K will not have any responsibility derived from this assumption. 

5. Security measures.

Likewise, INTELI-K guarantees you that the Personal Data will be treated under administrative, technical and physical security measures provided by law or other special laws, as appropriate according to the type of personal data in question and the treatment to which they are subject, ensuring their confidentiality at all times, avoiding unauthorized access, damage, loss, alteration or destruction of your personal data.

6. Transfer of your personal data: 

The personal data you provide will be transferred to third parties in order for INTELI-K to comply with its commercial obligations; such third parties may be internal personnel of the company or suppliers of the same. Any transfer of data is made without prejudice to the grantor and in full compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

For the use of any of our services such as Factura+ we make use of facturapi.io for the document trimming service, they are authorized by the authorities in Mexico to provide this service.

7. Changes to the Privacy Notice.

INTELI-K reserves the right to change this privacy notice at its sole discretion. If this notice is modified, INTELI-K will publicly post the new privacy notice in electronic media and at INTELI-K 's domicile, as well as through visible announcements at our domicile and/or via e-mail to the last address you have provided us, so we invite you to be aware of any changes so that you remain informed of any changes. Any substantial change to the present, unless it is derived from an amendment to the Mexican legal framework or an order from a competent authority, will be notified thirty calendar days before the corresponding modification takes effect.

In accordance with Article Eight of the Law, it will be understood that the owner tacitly consents to the processing of his/her data, when having made this Privacy Notice available to him/her, he/she does not express his/her opposition to it.
