b) The information contained or made available on or through said site or any libel, defamation or any other conduct in violation of this agreement by the user in the use of the aforementioned web page.

c) Violation of applicable laws or international treaties relating to copyright or intellectual property rights contained or available on or through such website.

INTELI-K® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and without notice to the user, to:

16. Subsistence

The failure of INTELI-K®, its affiliates or suppliers to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement shall in no event be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy.

18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws and before the courts of the state of Jalisco, Mexico.

Prices and specifications in this online store are subject to change without notice due to possible import restrictions and/or shortages of any of its components. Bank Deposits or Bank Transfers.

For the convenience of our customers INTELI-K® works with the main banks where payments can be made. 

Payment with Credit or Debit Cards.

Prices for credit or debit cards are handled in a different price list than for cash, check, deposit and wire transfer.

INTELI-K® reserves the right to cancel any payment that does not comply with the requirements requested by the bank, this means that in certain cases you may be asked to send us a copy of your official identification and/or proof of address, as well as RFC, copy of your credit or debit card statement and other documents that prove your identity. In case of any lack of requested documents your payment will be reversed.

Shipments to all the Republic.

Products on order are supplied in the order in which payments are credited. Stock on the website and in stores may vary between the time your order is placed and the time your payment is applied.

The products of each order will be separated from the inventory of the website and stores until payment has been credited, because the stock may vary, the product may no longer be available in the period of time in which the payment is credited, so INTELI-K® can not guarantee the delivery of the products. If this is the case, INTELI-K® will refund the total amount paid for the products that cannot be delivered.

The goods will travel at the customer's risk.

INTELI-K® and the courier company will not make any partial or total refund of the products shipped that are not insured before being shipped and previously paid.

Warranties and Returns.

Warranties:

The warranty varies from one product to another according to the one described in the manufacturer's policy, being the manufacturer the only responsible for the fulfillment of the warranty. In the event that the merchandise presents any damage or manufacturing defect, the customer may make the warranty valid at INTELI-K® service centers during the first seven calendar days after the date of purchase.

All products to be processed for warranty purposes must present original packaging (box, plastic bag, manuals, accessories, warranty card, etc.).

The products have 1 month warranty except for products such as accessories that are not of our manufacture. In addition, all products that are processed as a valid warranty, will have to be validated under the depreciation bases indicated below:

The time is taken into account from the moment in which the initial sale of the product is generated, in cases of substitution, model repair, among other cases, the initial date will be taken as the first day of sale of the initial product.

There are products that cannot be received for warranty processing at INTELI-K® service centers due to the fact that the brand requires the product to be processed at the corresponding brand's service centers for quality and service reasons. 

For this purpose, shipping costs and insurance of products for review or processing of the warranty are at the customer's expense and risk.

All warranties are subject to review and in case of physical damage, the warranty will be immediately voided.

Returns:

All product returns are subject to approval according to the following processes:

First Process:

The customer shall identify the following:

* Cause for the return (clearly and precisely)

* Type of Sale

* Identify the invoice and/or order number covering the equipment in question.

* Written request via e-mail to the following e-mail address gabriela.cortes@inteli-k.com the request for refund. 

Second Process:

* The Internet Sales Executive will manage signatures for authorization with the manufacturer.

* Once the request is authorized, a Return Folio is issued.

Third Process:

* The folio is communicated to the customer by e-mail.

* The packages that cover the return must be labeled with the assigned folio, in a visible and legible place.

* The customer is responsible for ensuring that the following are met:

1. Properly packaged (adequate protection against shock, moisture, static, dust, excessive heat, theft, misplacement, etc.) 2.

2. Freight cost of shipping to our facilities in the city of Paracho, Michoacán or to some other point agreed with the internet sales executive that may be convenient for the customer for greater speed, insurance, taxes or any other procedure, these at the expense of the customer.

3. Any legal, ecological, accident, security or any other problem, which could generate the return shipment, these will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

Fourth Process:

* Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to the revision of the product.

* In case of damage or shortages, these will be charged to the customer, issuing the corresponding invoice to generate the collection.

* When there are documents that the customer leaves as a guarantee of payment of the equipment belonging to the return, these will be delivered once all the above process is concluded.

Under no circumstances will a product be accepted for return if it meets any of the following criteria:

The product was used.

Product packaging or boxes have non-original labels or are tampered with; are scratched, battered, dirty or otherwise mistreated.

The packaging or boxes are not original.

The product has been ordered upon request.

The product is obsolete or offline.

The product was sold at auction.

Your order, receipt and/or invoice includes the legend *No Return and/or Cancellation or something similar that implies that your product is non-returnable.

Any system or image could have been photographed with additional options.
